1. Parcels are packed flat in the bubble envelope protects them from damages
2. All parcels are shipped by registered priority mail. It means that they cannot be lost. and they will be delivered within 5-10 business days (European Union) and 10-40 business days [no Sundays/ holidays] (U.S.A and other countries). You can track your parcel on ETSY tracking page. Just click your tracking number.
3. If your parcel didn’t arrive to you within 10 business days (EU) or 40 business days (U.S.A and other countries), let me know and I will start the investigation at the Post Office in my Country. (I will write an official complaint).
o DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR PARCEL BEFORE THIS TIME. FROM EXPERIENCE I KNOW THAT THE PARCELS CAN BE DELAYED ON A CUSTOMS AND YOU WILL GET IT LATER
o THE STATUS "ORIGN POST IS PREPARING THE SHIPMENT" means that the item is already in the country to which it was sent to. So, if you had ordered something from Poland and you live for example in the United States, it means that the item is already in the United States and is preparing to be shipped by the USPS. Origin Post is a company that takes the items from overseas and sorts them.
o PLEASE NOTE - I CAN'T BE RESPOSABLE FOR CUSTOMS PROCESS OR EVEN WEATHER CONDITION IN YOUR COUNTRY
